"Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "

"Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."
