"Initial contact was very good. Quote was received quickly. We asked for a site visit but was told it was unnecessary. Follow up contact was slightly difficult. Once we got closer to installation date the contact picked up. Crew arrived within acceptable window. They brought the correct shingles but the trim was white. I failed to notify that we needed brown; however, a site visit prior to installation would have shown the need for brown. The tear down was very quick and neat. They needed to replace a wood trim piece but did not have the supplies to do so. I gave them a new 2x4x8 to do the work. There was a failure in communicating a vital part of the contract (ridge vent). I told the crew when they were nearly finished that they still need to do the vent. They called the foreman and worked it out to have material delivered and quickly installed the vent. Clean up was above my expectations. The quality of the workmanship was also above my expectations. The project manager called me after the work was finished and arranged an inspection to make sure I was satisfied and to ask any questions. He arrived a few days later (gave me an opportunity to inspect) and we did the inspection together. I am fully satisfied with the work. The crew did a great job and worked quickly. Beyond the few little communication mishaps, I am very pleased with the whole outcome. Definitely recommend these folks."
