"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Excellent. Clancy & his Team were very professional and the quality of the work on both projects ( roof & siding replacement) was excellent. Each project was completed in 1 day and the clean-up & removal of all excess materials was spotless. I might add the Crew worked under some very challenging conditions with outside temps. & wind-chill in the single digits. "Awesome! I really appreciate this company. I had gutters put on my house in 2017 by another company and with the first big snow this year I noticed icicles galore hanging off the gutters. I called the company that had done the install and 2 months later was still waiting for someone to come out and take a look. I called Brown's (who had done my roof in 2018) and Dan was out the next day to inspect the gutters & give me a quote. He showed me where they were pulling away from the house and not draining properly, hence the overflowing meltage and icicles. He quoted me a time of 3-4 weeks to replace them but they were in my area the following week so they were able to fit me into the schedule and it was all done & dusted within a week of my initial phone call. It took all of 2 hours and the gutters look so great compared to before."

"A.I.S. Renovations is outstanding! We hired them to do a full bathroom remodel, taking everything to the studs, removing a wall and relocating both the shower and sink. They transformed our small, drab Clintonville bathroom into a spacious, beautiful new space. From start to finish, A.I.S. delivered exceptional service and excellent craftsmanship. They never promised a precise completion date for this reason and I had great respect for their honesty and clear explanations. Once work started they were efficient in their use of time and never had delays or significant days missed. I was impressed with Jay’s coordination and project management when it came time for multiple experts to complete their work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall, etc). They were timed perfectly, one after the other with almost no days missed between them. Jay was highly communicative, texting us once a day with what and who to expect next. Whenever we had a question or concern, he had an immediate answer and resolution. The A.I.S. carpentry team was outstanding. Jason and Austin completed the demo, framing, set the cabinets, installed a new window and completed the finishing work. Their carpentry work was incredible. They built all new baseboards, door frame and window frame to match the original wood work of our 100-year-old house. They even built a beautiful custom bench to cover some HVAC pipes is an adjacent room. They made everything look original to the home. They were on site most days, taking care to keep our pets safe and make our family feel safe. The project came in on budget and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final results! A.I.S. Renovations will be our contractors for all future projects. We highly recommend A.I.S. Renovations!"

"I strongly recommend Peak Roofing and Siding. I am getting my house painted and wanted to get my 30 year old roof replaced first and they came out within a week and did a fantastic job. They have their own crews and don't subcontract their work. They covered all of my landscape, stripped off the old roof, replaced decking as needed, installed new weather barrier and ice and water shield in critical areas, new flashing, ridge vents and shingles, all in one day. They then cleaned up and you would never know they were here. I work at an architectural firm and everything was done to code! And the cost was reasonable compared to other roofing companies."
