"Called Bell and scheduled the installation. I hadn't actually purchased the fan yet, so I asked for some recommendations, which they were happy to provide. The installation was in a master bedroom with a high angled ceiling. There was no pre-existing wiring, so they had to complete the rough-in install prior to installing the fan. "Clintonville - We had our 80 year old slate roof cleaned. The results were astounding. Before it was black with mildew, mold and algae. Now it looks like new. Work was performed by the owner, Micrin Norman, with careful attention to protecting our property and plantings. They were courteous and easy to communicate and work with."

"Almost all the work was done by Jason Dunham who managed to squeeze us in on short notice.  He was very helpful and obviously knows what he's doing.   He had to replace part of the rubber roof and patch and paint the corner where the roof had leaked and rotted the wood on our patio overhang.  To make it possible for us to see what was going on with the actual roof, he took photos with his smart phone, showing us the before and after of each step along the way.  
  He figured out a way to repair the rotting corner without delaying the repairs for weeks by ordering the same kind of wood (redwood is hard to find).  I supplied some paint, and he spent a lot of time on the last day sanding and painting the affected area.  He even sprayed ant killer on it when he spotted a large ant.  
  Basically, Jason went above and beyond to make this repair.  It looks brand new.
