"The appointment was for 1 p.m. and we rolled up to the house right on time. Jeff Ferguson was already there and had already climbed up on the roof to inspect it and was done, but was happy to go back up there along with my husband to show him the findings. He took us through the entire house, explaining what he was doing (and his evaluation of what he saw) with each room and each step. He answered questions thoroughly and offered information we didn't know or think to ask for (including maintenance suggestions, or preventative measures). He pointed out slight issues and offered advice on how to fix them, and identified the (few) larger issues for which we should probably ask remedial actions from the sellers. He was friendly, courteous and respectful-- even taking off his shoes while he worked the inside (carpeted) parts of the house.
