An example is the ceiling. We can see the drywall through the coating, but we don’t even want to deal with it anymore. ~The carpet was not what we wanted, AT ALL. We text the owner pictures and got something completely different. Also, the cheapest pad when we asked for the thickest they make. We weren’t shown the carpet choice until they already installed it. The owner said due to the pandemic selection was limited. ~The owner lost the paint chip. We had to find a new one for the contractors. ~Left dry pieces in the utility closet that we now have to dispose of. ~Some special design over the sump pump was to be removal, only the top lid removes. Replacing will be a blast. ~The final straw the the final day the finishing touches (after already being finished) was due to take place. It was a he said, she said, who was coming show. Finally at 4pm someone arrived. ~Even better is the owner and manager has not contacted for a follow up from being complete. He has not done a final walk thru. We made the mistake of paying him before it was finished. Quality=average after requesting multiple fixes. They did not self identify any issues. The company over promises and under delivers."
