"Made a hole in the wall when installed. Bathroom contractor had to put adequate support for the countertop along a 3’ section that HAD A SEAM because install only put one shim. Knocked framing for fridge an inch away from cupboards. Backsplash wasn’t flush in 3 areas. Almost 0️⃣ effort to clean up. I sent these pictures + more to them with a -not happy evaluation- with no reply. Michael kept reinforcing to us when we were purchasing how much pride they take in their work. Waited over a month to do this review to give them a chance to respond…..Nothing as August 8th & install was June 27th?"
