"We had a leak in our roof that for years I'd been trying to figure out from where it was coming. Water is tricky because where you're seeing it doesn't mean that's the source ("water finds a way"). We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. "AL and his crew exceeded all my expectations. My home is 140 years old and needed a new roof, gutters, downspouts, fascia and minor leak repair. He provided simple, expert advice with professional attention to budget and schedule. And like all home projects, when additional repairs were discovered by he and I, his entire crew were able to locate all the additional materials locally and worked extra hours to finish on schedule right before the extreme wet & windy storm before Christmas Eve 2022.
