"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"We went here to pick out granite surfaces for a new walk-in shower in the master BR...bench tops, soap shelf tops, window sill and curb sill. Everything went fine at the store. Things fell apart after that. Deadlines weren't met...repeatedly, deadlines they set. Expectations they set went unmet. Communication was poor. If something is wrong just tell me. I can deal with that. Fortunately our contractor did the work of communicating with them and making things happen...finally! Probably a good thing it wasn't me.Don't keep telling me what you think I want to hear and completely destroy your credibility with lousy performance. In the end, we got the project done and are fairly certain about what happened. Not going to share that because I am not completely sure.
