"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Great company to hire. Answered all my questions about what is feasible and pricing. You can negotiate reasonable prices with them. They added an entire new bathroom to my master bedroom, installed ceiling lights and electrical outlets, cleaned AC condenser, created new closets. If they missed something, they will come back to correct it, no extra charge."

"Excellent! I called them and they responded within 10min. They inspected my drain outside of the egress window in a day. A day later they cut the concrete, put a sump pump in the basement. They were right on time. We had several contractors come before and they said “we cannot doing anything”, “shop vac the drain”. They are quiet. And they replaced the dry wall and it cosmetically beautiful. I recommend highly."
