His crew and team were equally professional and worked non-stop each and every day.One of the best things was the job was completed $5,000 under the low end of the bid and a french drain that wasn't mentioned initially was also put in to prevent water damage that would come down the hill and it drained off to the side of the hill. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings.
