"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. He has a showroom in Tustin that is worth going to for ideas. Patios by B&B receives my highest rating. If you need a patio, deck, or anything patio related, Jeff should be your first contact."

"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Sonrise Fence Company was able to put up the fence I requested on a challenging backyard with unfinished landscaping. I appreciated that I could call or text the salesman Chase with any questions, as well as the Foreman for the fence installation Corey. I also liked the fact that when I first called up and left a message (as well as emailed) with my initial request for a fence quote, I was called back right away by Jennifer. (I have called and left messages for other construction businesses and often never hear back.) The final product is sturdy and attractive.

I would suggest that when they send out a salesman to give a quote, they also send out a foreman or one of the fence builders to look and see if there are any challenges that need to be addressed before they put up the fence so things won't get delayed.

Overall, I recommend their business and would use them again.

"I have been nothing but happy with America Green Builders. We got our system installed on March 2017 and the whole process from beginning to end was so easy and smooth. The representatives kept us informed every step of the way through the application process, filing for the permit and scheduling the installation. On the day of the installation, the trucks pulled up right on time and got to work. Since it looked like it was going to rain the next day, they got more installers to come later in the afternoon to finish the job in one day. The solar array is beautiful, neat and clean, and you can''t see any pipes at all. They left my yard and driveway clean. "Not sure what position he has at the company, but the contractor that came out, George (I think that was his name, he didn't talk too much), was pleasant, helpful, and thoughtful of our budgets and what we wanted to do. We did have to leave someone at home but the quality of work was phenomenal. I've already recommended a few other neighbors to them after showing off my deck. Angies List recommended 3 Contractors.- One of which was US Home Developers, INC,. Within 10 Mins Vanessa US HOME Developers, INC. Company representative called me back to schedule an in home visual survey walkthrough with Field Supervisor Daniel Dachot for the Very next day (Now thats what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service)! Daniel arrived punctual first thing Monday morning with a good cheerful dispositon and was able to provide a good honest estimate on the spot based on services offered & provided.
