"We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. We are very pleased with their work and will call them the next time we have a plumbing problem."

When there was an issue with the water heater he came right out to see what the problem was and replaced a faulty part. No issues or problems since. This was not a planned installation and I would not wish for anyone to have to deal with the stress on this level but If you do he is someone to call. I waited to write this review so I could make sure he stands by his work and continued to provide the same exceptional service if any issues arise which he did.
