Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"The crew who showed up comprised of one veteran of the company and a new employee. They had their work cut out for them. It was easy to miss a window here and there, and the screens were not all reinstalled correctly. But the siding was power-washed well, and the window/screen problems were remedied upon return to the job site. All windows crystal-clear now, and the screens are all secure. I got a follow-up call from Dean making sure that we were all set. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

"Wow! This establishment is da bomb! In a great way of course! I called them after lots of frustration looking for a company to do this. Finally, I decided to check out Angie's list! There was Advanced 1 Cleaning! I called and amazingly they were able to come that very same day! Previous tenants were quite messy and the carpet was soiled badly. Had tried the "store" type carpet cleaners and it barely touched the stain. They remarkably were able to get most of the years grime out! I will definitely be calling them again! My apologies for not doing this review much sooner....don't hesitate to call...you won't be disappointed!!!"

"The new owners of the company were two very pleasant young men who knew their trade and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. About a cord of wood is burned each year, so I plan to get the chimney inspected/cleaned again next year to see if it will require annual cleaning or if the interval can be extended to every two years. Very pleased with the service."
