"I am writing this review for my grandmother who had her yard cleaned up by custom John's , and when I say cleaned up I mean half a dozen or large truckloads of biomaterial taken away. I have worked with her on her yard for years, barely keeping her hedges, palms, trees, fern's, flowers, and weeds under control, trust me when I say her yard is a veritable jungle. She finally had enough and wanted it all cut back, about to what it looked like when she first moved in over 20 years ago. I didn't think anyone would be able to cut away so much growth without it looking like a butcher job, but John's team took a mature garden and shaped it so beautifully that it looked like a fresh landscaping job for a new house. Every shrub and palm shaped excellently, every tree well pruned, every weed taken out, and liner put in throughout. The job took well over a week to cut through overgrown mass and turn into a work of art. By the end of it, no part of the yard suffered in quality, it was thorough throughout, and custom tailored to my grandmother's vision. While at first I didn't think the work would be worth the quoted amount, I can say I was pleasantly surprised and can now say it was worth every penny. Both she and I highly recommend John's service."

"As a long-distance landlord, I was surprised with an impromptu need of new flooring between tenants (4 bedroom single family residence neighborhood), stripped without notice. Explaining my situation to Issac (owner), he not only understood the importance of longevity and quality product...he also accommodated my needs in prioritizing his time to find, order and install carpet within my budget. Adam (Project Coordinator) was also proactive to schedule the shortest duration of time he could manage. *Start to finish, my experience with Floor Coverings International was seamless - their customer service communication, perfect. I have no hesitation referring this team to provide personalized service to help their customer. A++ Thank you so much for your services!"

"Scott installed laminate flooring in our bedroom. What a job!!! Showed up on time and performed like a true professional, which he is. Explained stuff neither my wife or i new about flooring. "We liked the carpet that we picked out. However we had to call them back after they installed the carpet because  there were wrinkles or bubbles in the carpet. It looked like they didn't pull it tight enough. They sent two other people out and they did their best to pull the wrinkles out of the carpet, but there is still a bubble around the fireplace so we will neve use them again. I would not recommend them because we were not pleased with the end results of our carpet. The carpet is still not right."
