He gave me a written quote that I accepted. He made a appointment for a few days later and showed up on time and proceeded to install the fence. He then placed flags around my yard and explained how he would train my dog Tiger. In a short period of time he had Tiger understanding where the fence was. He follow up with the training and in about a week I felt Tiger understood the system and was free to run in the yard."
