"We had an existing pole barn, 24'w x 34'd x 12'h enclosed. I had (2) windows & (1) 60" door for Terry to install. Terry was also responsible for the 8' h x 12'w garage door, house wrap & vinyl siding to match existing home. The craftsmanship & attention to details were as we wanted. Terry & his Team gave us a finished product that matched are specifications & expectations. Terry Osborne Construction, THANK YOU! Ken & Jackie"

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"I have previously provided a thorough review and photos of this project, but since Maurice and James did such a thoughtful and careful job for me, I don't mind saying again that if I have another suitable home project I will definitely call them again."

"They were good. The price was good, the work was very clean, and they were very professional."

"That had very good communication and did outstanding work! I have already planned to use them again in the future."

"Very professional, punctual but the estimate provided was extremely excessive.

"After a ridiculous estimate from a prior contractor, whom I fired, I called G&G and another local company.  Both came out for estimates as scheduled.  G&Gs estimate was a hair higher, but I felt more comfortable with them than the other company.
Amanda was easily reachable and everything was easily scheduled around my personal schedule.
The crew arrived early the day of the job and promptly began to work.  They didn't mind at all that I watched, as I wanted to see the damaged plywood they'd be removing.  The main roof was completed in a day.  The sunroof roof and gutters were completed the next day.  Due to weather, the shutters were installed on the third day.  A few bits and pieces of the sunroof work were left behind, but nothing to complain about.
Although the other estimate for the main roof was a tad higher than the other company, the sunroom roof and gutter prices easily made up for it.  They also sent out a guy to pressure wash the house after the work was complete....fabulous!!!
I look forward to working with them again on further projects...and highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.
