Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. He has also did the bathrooms at the new school in Martin County KY in top to bottom in tile and even did the new college add on to high school bathrooms in tile. You never have to stand over him and watch to make sure he doing it right. After I hired him a couple times and seen his work id send him to do jobs for me and never once had to double check his work and always had great feedback from my clients I sent him to that he did jobs at.
