I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, etc. The only reason I gave the price a B is because it just seems wrong to be happy about costs.. ;>) They also made several adjustments and cleaned some areas of both units that had obviously been neglected, even though I was on a maintenance program with another provider before this. I have dealt with Air Essentials before for duct cleaning and decided at that time they would get my business for the rest of my needs once my other contract expired. I wish my other contract had expired sooner, because these guys know their business. Travis came out, did the tune up service, then the next day came to repair the flashing. Everything looks great."

"I called Pure Air to see about having my dryer vent unclogged. The owner explained their a/c service; and, since my house is over 10 years old and I have an indoor pet, cleaning the duct work seemed logical.  I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure put on me to get the additional service, just a clear explanation.  The Pure Air technicians were professional, courteous, and apparently knowledgeable.  They explained each step of the service; and, since the builder of my house installed the dryer vent incorrectly, they  suggested improvements for a later date.   My home smells and feels cleaner since the works was done; and I can dry a load of clothes in 1/3 the time--saving on my electric bill and wear and tear on the dryer.   I will definitely use this company again.

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."
