The painters spoke very little English and I speak no Spanish. But Francisco was always immediately reachable by phone if something needed to be communicated and he stopped by most days. Coordinated job with homeowner. Protected house items such as carpets, floors, ductwork, kitchen cabinets, etc from debris dust and paint-splatter as necessary.
