"I have dealt with many companies in both business and/or my personal life, but have rarely met anyone like Wyatt or his son in the capacity of a contractor. Both were extremely personable and also professional in their respective positions. Sometimes the people involved really do matter because you do need to trust someone in your home. I don't think I would let someone else install my carpet. This company gave me multiple options on what I needed and various price ranges. Best price of anyone AND excellent job done. I've had bad carpet done and I have had good carpet done before finding Wyatt's Professional Flooring. Thank heavens Im back to having nice carpet again, one of my best 2019 decisions. The new carpet is 45 days old and it looks like it did on day ONE, with two toddlers, an 11 year old boy and three adults all over it, daily. Good quality carpet and padding plus installation is very nice. Great Company and I highly recommend both service and materials. Will use this company again to finish up the house. "Excellent work! Jonathan Greeson was our sales rep in the store and he visited the house for measurements. Very professional and helpful. We decided on the top-of-the-line Mohawk carpet and pad. A date was scheduled and we received a confirmation call the day before. Workers arrived and were friendly, efficient, clean and their work was properly done. Furniture was moved without problems, and floor squeaking was fixed by adding numerous screws through the plywood to joists. Absolutely no hassles. We would highly recommend A Plus Carpet for your flooring needs!"

"The sales staff and owner were most accommodating and competitive in their pricing and in making suggestions as to the color and kind of carpeting that would best serve our purposes.  It was and easy meeting and V.C. was very accommodating in setting and then re-doing the install dates.  The two installers - Tom and Ron - were also accommodating in moving furniture, chairs, dressers, etc., around after we had emptied as much as we could (filling up our garage in the process!).  They were very professional, polite, easy to work with, and accommodating to our needs, especially in replacing the furniture into different positions in a few cases.  They checked with us as needed and were very efficient and polite, finishing in less than 2 days. <br>"

"Ultimate Carpets responded immediately to my call and scheduled an appointment at my convenience within a couple days. The owner arrived right on time and discussed his process and showed me his photo album of before and after pictures and many personal notes of thanks and recommendations from his customers. Impressive. I was considering replacing my 21 x 13 foot family room berber carpet immediately because it was getting worn and was stained from spills and a new dog . He told me to wait and see what it looked like after he finished first. Within 10 minutes he began moving small furniture/tables etc and got to work. In less than two hours he had finished the family room and formal living room which was newer berber carpet but which also had a couple stains. He pre-treated the stains and then used a powerful cleaner system with a hose that goes to his van. This system worked much better than any portable carpet cleaner I have ever used myself or other companies have cleaned my carpets with. The carpets were pretty dry later that night. I was amazed at how good they looked. I even delayed buying new carpet for the family room for a while. The owner takes great pride in his work, was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I will defintely use Ultimate Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners again. I was thrilled with the results!!"

"Their rep was extremely helpful in selecting a color and figuring out the best width of carpet to minimize seams that might trip one of our little kids. The only problem was that their rep had said the installers would glue the wooden strips to our concrete basement floor. The installers showed up and started hammering them into our concrete basement floor, which is not ideal. Apparently gluing the wooden strips requires doing the glue requires coming one day, and then coming another day to actually put down the carpet. Hopefully the nails in the concrete floor won't cause moisture problems... Otherwise they were great; the result looks great."

"Adrian and his assistant, Andrew, proved once again that Normandy Carpet is an exceptional, high quality service. I needed two easy chairs, a love seat, a couch, and two silk-covered swivel chairs cleaned, as well as my den carpet which receives a lot of foot traffic via the garage and outdoors. One of the silk chairs had an olive oil stain,which now would not be noticed at all, thanks to Adrian's fine attention. The den carpet looks like new and everything else benefited from the cleaning, including a raft of pillows, cleaned at no extra charge. Normandy's prices are extremely reasonable. Their servicemen are very courteous and professional. The quality of work and care is exceptional. I've been a very happy customer since 2009."

"Our carpet was a HORROR STORY. I'm not going to describe it, but one so-called "extreme carpet cleaning" company estimated, believe it or not, over $1200 to clean two rooms...and declined to even do the work at that price. The guy totally shamed me. Tim from Shamrock Carpeting came in and said, oh, yes, we should be able to help. He charged me a fraction of what the other company had estimated...and he got out a huge amount of the stains and odors. I just had him back for a repeat and it looks even better this time. He's so nice, he's so fast, he's so reasonable. I can't thank him enough. Don't even shop around. Just call Tim. You can't find a better cleaning at a better price. He owns that space!"
