"I came home late afternoon on October 17. I used my kitchen sink to wash vegetables and my dog's bowls. I went down the basement shortly after to find water running down the basement wall and dripping through the soaked subflooring. He did a fabulous job, and replaced the last piece of 60 year old galvanized pipe in my home. The job was excellent and thorough, and I could not have been happier with the result. When the fans and dehumidiers were removed on the following Saturday, there was not a trace of dampness left."
