"Technician was very pleasant and seemed competent. He said I was expected to provide the materials. When I objected, he said this was to prevent any padding of materials by the contractor. I advised him that I did not have time to run down materials and would not know what to buy anyway. I said that the last technician from the company purchased the material he needed and I reimbursed him. He said he could do that. I warned him that any padding of material cost would result in a law suit and notification of the attorney general. Later that afternoon, a woman from the company called and said she didn't feel comfortable with threats to her technician. She was very defensive about it, and I cancelled the contract."

"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

Everything was explained what they would do and within a week the job was done and it looks great. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have some young and personal professionals come out and do a fantastic job. They were also very easily accessible when I had any questions. Good help is hard to find so now that I know they do many other side jobs, I am already getting them lined up to do some more work. Can't go wrong with these guys and they are insured."

"This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! "We are delighted with our new shower.  Bryan and Jessica were great at explaining our options and they really listened when I explained  my preference for clean, simple design -- I could tell that they understood what I wanted right away, almost before I could really articulate it..  They came up with a proposal that matched our tastes and our budget.  Bryan and his helper began work promptly on the agreed date, and finished ahead of schedule.  My wife and I  both noticed that they were meticulous about cleaning up each day -- not only around the bathroom, where they were doing vthe work, but in the garage and driveway, where they were storing materials, cutting tile, etc.
Six thousand dollars is a significant sum of money, but our bathroom now looks larger, more open, and much more inviting.  The old vinyl floor looked really cheap; the tile looks really classy.  Same goes for the old tub and tub surround.  It feels very luxurious to take a shower now.  We strongly recommend Bryan and Jessica.  I don't think I could have spent six thousand dollars in a better way!
