THEY GO TO TOP OF ROOF AND TAKE PICTURES TO CONFIRM THE LEAKING PROBLEM AND EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX IT PROPERLY. THEY ALSO OFFER FIX WHILE THEY ARE HERE SINCE THEY HAVE ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT. "My roof started leaking on July 4th after hours of rain. I called them and they were at my house about an hour and a half afterward. He explained what needed to be repaired as well as showed me pictures of the damage on the roof. About two hours later my roof was repaired. They were very polite and courteous. They even picked up all the trash left from the repairs. I was very impressed they came out on July 4th! We definitely recommend."
