"I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. They did it like the pros they are. Very happy with both jobs they did and I would highly recommend them."

"We had Mr. Iglesias come out on 2 occasions for quotes (2 different scopes of work).  Both times, he arrived on time and was very informative and helpful.  Part of the work involved ripping up grass next to where the concrete was laid and ruined the grass.  He came back a few days later and seeded the grass and made sure to tell us how to care for it so that we would have lush grass again, and it worked great.  Within a month, there was no way to tell what had been ripped up and what was original grass.  The concrete itself was laid perfectly.  We had an issue with water run off due to the slope of the existing slab, but that was fixed and we've had no issues since.  He also made sure to round the edges on the steps so that our 2 year old would not hit sharp edges if he happened to fall, this was very important to me and he did exactly what I asked.  The rain and snow have not damaged the concrete at all and we're confident that it will look good for years to come.  We were very happy with the service we received and the job was done very well.

"Joey and his crew did a very professional job, they were on time, and they stuck to the contract price. I contracted them to completely replace the steps to my front door and kitchen door and to replace the walkway. I'm very satisfied with their workmanship and quality. I would call them for similar future work. I passed the company's phone number to a neighbor who is contemplating some work at his house. Joey took the time to explain exactly what the project required. They completely removed the existing work (steps and walkway) all the way down to the foundation. Then they built up the steps and walkways with gravel, metal structural supports, cinder blocks for the steps, completely new concrete, and limestone slabs for the steps. The foot feel is solid. When they removed the old work, they found water damage that they had to dig down to the foundation then add waterproofing. Nobody could see the water damage until they completely demolished the old work. Joey quoted a reasonable price for the extra work. There was a part of the walkway work that I wasn't happy about. Joey and I worked it out. The crew came back in a few days and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. Kudos to them."

"Malik runs a very professional operation. From the time of initial phone contact with Malik (yes, he does answer his own phone) to the final post-job cleanup, this was a hassle-free project for me. Malik's crew showed up promptly each morning, and under the supervision of Malik or his equally capable foreman ("Mr. Z"), every detail of this work was performed in a skilled, highly competent and precise manner. Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion. Worth noting also is the fact that, although he was aware of my budget limitations, Malik was able to deliver a first-class job which the quality of the finished product reflects. I would enthusiastically recommend him to any Angie's List member (and will be contacting him myself for all future work on my house).
