"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. The hardest part of the entire process was the permitting process with city hall and they couldn’t have been more helpful in dealing with the municipal bureaucracy. Once that was behind us, the rest of the work was done to the specs provided and within the timeframe estimated. Two thumbs up for sure!"

"Brett was able to remove three trees/shrubs from the front of house without effort, trim my lavender bush to the proper height for healthy regrowth, plant mutliple hostas, ferns, transplant wisteria and a peonies  to another location, weed what seemed to be mountains of weeds, lay down cloth in designated sites to prevent regrowth, go for organic mulch to complement what I had purchased, plant and then relocate a new rose bush when the first spot did not "look right", and provide a guarantee for his work!
I felt safe with the entire crew under Brett's direction. They worked non-stop until a full 8 hours of working was complete.  I did not hear any whining, complaining, or dodging about adding techniques that I preferred which were more labor intensive.  I am pleased with their work.   My next door neighbors were excited about the skill level displayed and I introduced/shared Brett for estimates at their property which is much larger than mine.
I look forward to a long collaboration with Brett and his company.  It is well worth it!

"One depend on them for quality work done on time, never a problem. They are not the cheapest but they are fair. Only minor problem is in responsiveness, they don't always pick up the phone or return calls quickly. I'd strongly recommend them to any one any way.
