With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. "I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."

"I didn't use all 6 hours of service so they told me I couild use them again for balance.  I called and left msg and emailed them requesting additional work to be done to try to use the balance of time/money I hadn't used.  I never received a call back or an email.  I wouldn't use them again for this reason.  They also had to reschedule and took a while to come out to do the original job.

"Quick to respond to the estimate request and also to complete the job. Had several unique concrete requests that they agreed to do, but there were not done quite as well as verbally agreed-to AND not totally completed, either. I had to buy a bag of Quickrete to fix the worse places and really should have bought 4 to complete it all to get it as was originally agreed-to. Cutting the grass near the fence will not now be as easy as I had planned - with the verbally agreed to stuff. Gate does not fully open because of bracket interferences and some adjustments could have avoided this. I made them, but now need to repaint the newly exposed surfaces. Price was a more than others, which I had justified because I expected a 100% job. The incomplete concrete work leaves us with some added dissatisfaction, but still feel we did OK with our choice of contractors."
