"We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. "WOW..I just moved into a home 3 days prior to my sewer line backing up all over my basement (YUK)...Of course, it was a Saturday morning. I looked on HomeAdvisor and called Saviour Septic. Mark (the owner) answered....told me to leave everything where it was and then he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house. By Sunday night at 8:00pm...Mark and Sean had cleared the blockage, cleaned & disinfected (YUK again) the area, helped me decide what should be kept or trashed, and then helped me move all of the items to be trashed to a garage to be put in a dumpster at a later date. I cannot rate high enough for the compassion, professionalism, quality of work, and peace of mind that my house is not only clog-free, but that my house is safe for my family. When I asked Mark why he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house, he simply answered "because you needed help." You should not consider hiring any other company for your plumbing and septic/sewer needs.
