We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. "PJ Moffei Construction managed our kitchen remodel. This included demolition of the old countertops and flooring, and installation of new countertop, backsplash and flooring. The work was started when promised and Pat kept the project moving so we were not inconvenienced at all. He checked every day on the progress. He addressed all our concerns. "Overall, it was a great experience with Gary and his team from start to finish. We hired Avalex to replace the flooring in our entire first floor, remodel our kitchen including opening up a wall and paint the walls. Gary helped us pick a new design to the kitchen and guided us through the decision-making process on our finishes. They took care of everything and the quality of the work that they completed was wonderful. We were out of the house for the first part of the renovation but returned halfway through. When back in the house everything was cleaned up on a daily basis and it was not difficult living in our house. Even with the big project and the fact that we have an older house, the job was actually completed in less time than Gary told us to expect, with what he said was a 6-week project being cut to 5 weeks.
