"They plan ahead and determine how one part of the project will impact another part months down the road. They are perfectionists and set very high standards which is reflected in the finished project. I had laminate floor removed from living and dining rooms and replaced with hardwood. The tile in kitchen and hallway replaced with tile that did not crack within 2 months of installation. Kitchen cabinets, cupboards, sink and faucet replaced. Kitchen, upstairs hall, dining and living room painted, fireplace surround retiled, doors replaced, new porch steps constructed. Doug and his team were always pleasant, prompt, and a delight to work with. They are also very flexible; I had some odd time constraints they completely dealt with. They also cleaned out a water damaged basement, hauled away mounds of moldy damaged items, repaired the damage to walls and it is now a beautiful family room.
