"My floors came out beautifully! Class A Wood Floors exceeded my expectations and were a pleasure to work with."

"John was great! Refinished our floors beautifully and even fixed an accidental paint splatter the day before the last coat!"

"I can not speak highly enough of Alex, Dimitry, and David. They are artists who do an amazing job and charge a very fair price. We have a 1754 house, so nothing is simple. We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished. Maybe someday we will put period flooring in, but for now, we just wanted the floor that we have to match the renovation. They blew us away with their quality and attention to detail. Alex was very patient with us and explained the whole process. In three days, our floor went from beat-up to beautiful. We were so impressed with their work, that we had them restore the historical plank floors that we have upstairs in our hallway and in one bedroom. They far exceeded what they did downstairs. I told Alex, my only regret is that we could not take the upstairs floors and bring them downstairs. We will be hiring them for all of our future flooring work."

"We hired Moura wood floors to refinish the floors in my parent's home. The house was built in 1958 and the floors were in desperate need of refinishing. Never did I imagine the floors would look so good after the Moura team completed their work. The floors came out beautiful. The Moura team arrived on time and were extremely professional. We have since recommended Moura Floors to others. I cannot thank the Moura team enough for the outstanding work they did!!!!"

"Frank and his team of flooring installers did an amazing job removing old carpet, repairing the wood subfloor, and installing underlayment and marmoleum cinch loc planks throughout the entire condo. Frank was prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable, and flexible with our schedules. Highly recommend this company!"

"There was a challenge with the wood in one of my rooms but after discussion with Lucy they proceeded and the floor came out beautifully. If you want the best, hire the best...Lucyâ s Hardwood Refinishing. Iâ m glad I did."

"They were so professional and did such a great job. They put plastic around the cabinets and walled off the area so dust doesn’t go all over. The work was excellent and they were excellent to work with. We needed the wood floor repaired in front of the kitchen sink. Awesome job!"

"I would have put 4 stars because, although the floors were done beautifully, there was some lousy communication during the process. The crew was supposed to be completely done by Thursday, so I started going about my day in the house on Friday and was unpleasantly surprised to see them show up to "finish". They also left a giant pile of trash on my lawn after completing the job (not just sawdust which I expected, but a pile of carpet padding which was not from my house). It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to get answers for a few days over the weekend. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is that, when I finally did get a response, I talked directly with Marteen the CEO, who was very apologetic about the trash and lack of communication regarding the crew's need for an extended timeline, and came by to remove the trash himself. He checked in afterwards to make sure I felt better about the whole experience. The crew actually did an amazing job on the floors and they look brand new, I just wish their mindfulness and communication during the job was a bit better. So what would have been 4 stars is definitely 5, and Marteen's effort is the reason. I've been recommending TLC since. If you want your hardwood floors to look amazing without paying through the roof, TLC is the place to go."

"Armand and his team were professional very easy to work with. We had new hardwood floors put into a kitchen renovation and they blended it perfectly to the old hardwood floors in the dinning room. We will definitely be working with them again for refinishing all our old hardwood floors in the future."

"Great communication from start to finish. They refinished our floors beautifully and finished earlier than expected. Highly recommend."
