"First, my phone call with Dave was very helpful as he instructed me how to close the garage door even though the opener was not working. Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. "Brett came out and we walked over the lot, he took photos and we discussed what we could do. Over several emails (he was very patient with me!) I changed my mind numerous times and he always had a suggestion that I might like instead. Finally we agreed on a design and he sent us a quote. We accepted and a tentative date was set (depending on weather and the completion of other jobs). We decided to include even more landscaping than we had originally planned and Brett again worked with us in figuring out what plants and design and sent another quote. The crew showed up a bit earlier than the date set and started work. Terry has a wonderful crew and they worked hard - our yard is a very hard soil. They were polite, unobtrusive, did excellent work, and cleaned up each day. Terry answered all of our questions about the plants, the soil, etc... We made arrangements for them to build a small natural stone retaining wall in the front and they did a great job on that also. We are very pleased with our yard and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects or to recommend them."
