GEN-X Renovations is a family owned company dealing exclusively with bathroom renovations of any kind. They are installers used by companies to install their products. They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) "I live in an area where we have well water.  The water periodically comes out a rust color.  Through the years of my water coming out this color, it had severely discolored my tub and shower.  It was so severe, that my white tub was taking on a faux marble effect.  All underneath the jets/filter in my tub had drip marks. I had bought every cleaner on the market to try and make my tub and shower white again but had no luck. I realized that the rust color had penetrated the surfaces in my tub and shower and there was no hope in cleaning them without getting professional help. I went on Angie's list and contacted Tub Pro Refinishing.

• Bryan came out and gave me an estimate not only to refinish my tub and shower but to also take off my shower doors that I could not get clean either.  Bryan came at the time he promised and gave me a reasonable estimate.  A few weeks later I contacted him to do the job and I cannot say how much I loved his work!  It looks like I have a new tub and shower.  Bryan is not only personable but professional.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again."
