"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Ryan and his crews are fantastic, they were very efficient they did a beautiful job on my bathroom the floor rotted due to a water leak. they had to replaced all of the floor and install a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. "The person they sent out to do the inspection and the estimate was one of the managers, Jim.  He was very helpful and explained everything.  He said he was available for any questions I had and he gave me his contact information.  I emailed with him off and on for additional questions and the final proposal.  He actually ended up coming out twice, to look at the bathroom.  Overall the process went smoothly.  They installed everything when I was away, so I just saw before and after.  They took exactly a working week to complete the job.  Throughout the process I was in contact with Jim in regards to problems or concerns.  When I came home, it looked great.  Everything had been cleaned up.  There was no mess left of any kind and everything worked properly.  The only thing I'm still a little upset about is the price.  I think that I paid a bit higher then I should have.  However Jim assured me they use quality parts and guarantee their work.  As of writing this (3 months later) there have been no issues with the work completed.  I am still very happy with the work completed.  I'm hoping I will not have to call them for any reason, but if Ii do, I feel confident they will be available to attend to the problem."

I have to say that we are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out and how beautiful it looks. Santos and his team were extremely professional and accommodated all of our requests. They showed up on time every day for the duration of the remodel, and they provided high quality service. The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. "Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."
