"Representative was very friendly and made an appointment to come to our home to put together an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about fencing, materials, etc. I was impressed with the sample materials that he brought to demonstrate the quality of their product. He also explained that, since they do things the right way, their company's estimate would undoubtedly be higher than the others I would receive. Fair enough--I appreciated being told upfront. I also understand that you get what you pay for. But, everything in life is a cost-benefit analysis. After assuring the rep we would be in contact once we made a decision, he stated that he definitely would not be hassling me to pressure me into going with his company. As it turns out, of the many companies that I reached out to, this rep kept badgering me with more and more messages. Other companies might send one or two follow up emails, but this guy was persistent! Even after gently informing him that it is simply not in our budget (their quote was $3700 more than two of the lower bids we received), he would still send messages telling me how our fence wouldn't last since we are going with a subpar company. I have no doubt they do excellent work, but they also need to respect that customers are going to request multiple quotes and not everyone is able to go with their company"

"Just wanted to let you know that we are so happy with the deck. Everyone at Fence & Deck Connection was so easy to work with. This was the easiest home improvement/repair we've ever gone through. We really want to thank everyone. From our initial meeting with Tracy to the pre and post installation meetings with AJ things could not have gone better. Everyone we dealt with just via email was also extremely responsive. It actually surprised me how quickly our emails were replied to. And the crew were also great."

"They quoted me a good price. They installed the fence when they said they would. No delays. I would hire them again."

"This company not only provided us with a beautiful new fence replacing the old one, but did so helpfully and professionally, all in a timely manner. We are very pleased with both the process and the result. Their price was also under most other estimates given. Highly recommended."

"Very professional and beat other major fence companies quotes and customer service. I will be using them again."

"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They were done within a few hours, and I'm very satisfied with the result."

"They were great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. They used quality materials at a fair price, completed the installation in one day, and did a great job cleaning up before they left. I especially liked that they didn't give a high pressure sales pitch; They let their price and past performance speak for them. I would hire homelife again should I have a need in the future."

"Franklin and Tyler did excellent work! They were friendly, extremely professional, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time--from consultation and quote to the actual installation. Install was quick and efficient, but they didn't cut corners with their work or material. Several neighbors have already complimented me and asked for their own quotes. I'm so happy with their work!"

"There were some initial communication challenges but the guys installing the fence did an awesome job."

"Manny was solid. He and his assistant were punctual, diligent, and provided quality service. They particularly went the extra mile as my wood fence butts-up against a ton of old chain-link fencing and foliage, making the job 5x harder than a standard wash & stain gig."
