Once we got a quote (which was extremely competitive with Empire and way cheaper than Home Depot), our carpet was ordered and installed in about a week. It was amazing how fast everything moved! The installers were able to remove and install my entire upstairs in about 6 hours (five bedrooms, landing and stairwell). Throughout it all, Ali was courteous, professional, and accommodating. The installers even fixed our squeaky floorboards before laying the carpet down, which no other company was willing to do. Thank you so much Ali and team for an amazing job, we love our carpet!!"

"Working with Floors Direct we were able to complete 3 flooring projects. Both an upstairs and downstairs at one house. As well as an upstairs at another house. Each installation had its own challenges. In one we just removed the carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring. The other had a mix of very old laminate and tile that had to be removed before the new vinyl plank flooring was installed. And the 3rd install was over the current tile floor. In two cases we even had new carpeting installed. In our case Ruben and Tom where the two installers on all 3 jobs and did AWESOME. They helped to answer all of our questions, took the time to work with us for some special need we had..and even did not mind that our foreman ( i.e. our cats ) were there to "help" inspect. The were very hard workers that showed up on time and worked a full day each day. The removed all the old material as well as moved any items before/after. Not only was the installers amazing Tony from the Plantation/Sunrise store. He helped us to pick out the right product in each use case we had. Worked with us to get a good deal and even dealt with a few last minute changes of product from one to another. Clay also did a great job doing the measurements and coming up with a plan that would work. GREAT JOB by these folks as this makes 4 floors we have them do in the last year!!!"

"The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower."

I was amazed how much considerably lower the quote was in comparison to other quotes I received. I learned Costco contracts Kuhn Flooring to complete floor projects here in South Florida. It was a pleasure to work with Kuhn Flooring to complete my home floor project. I met with Brad, the consultant, to discuss my project needs. Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He extended a tremendous amount of patience and offered invaluable advice to ensure I was satisfied. Brad even took the time to drop off a sample of the product for my consideration. What impressed me most about Brad was his diligence and timely follow through. He promptly returned calls and text messages, as well as ensured the established estimated timeline for completion of the project was met. The installers were equally impressive. "They removed the old carpet and installed the flooring in about 3 hours.  Moved my very heavy dining room table, cleaned up afterward. They did the work on Saturday - that's big for me. The installer spoke English, also a big plus for this area. They aren't the cheapest but I will always pay premium for quality work by a company I trust. I would definitely go back to them for future flooring needs."
