Despite multiple repair attempts since the initial 2019 project, I am still dealing with persistent leaks and water intrusion due to poor window installation. This ongoing failure has now led to structural issues, including rotted wood and drywall damage. To make matters worse, the company owner Jake Manousos refused to take full responsibility for the faulty work, instead asking me to pay half to fix their original mistakes. He then abandons the project. Prior the repair he said he would make things right with 0 cost to me prior to doing the work. It?s disheartening to invest so much in protection only to have it cause more damage to my home. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service."

However, Matt came and discovered it was the supply line to the refrigerator that was routed through the ceiling ( unknown reason why) was frayed and leaking. Matt repaired and replaced the damaged supply line. Matt was professional, through and provided quality workmanship. "
