"I recently arranged with Competence Plastering and Stucco to repair stucco work which I had done some time ago. I was quite impressed with Tenet, the person who explained the problems and what and how corrections would be done. So far I am satisfied with the job done except for a few replacement parts which should take, at most, 1 hour to do. I have texted repeatedly to schedule for the work to be done. A representative finally came and said he would be back in 2 days with help to complete. It has been 4 days. I am still waiting...."

Both Stephen and Sandoval were extremely professional and Sandoval is a meticulous painter. Sandoval kept the exterior so clean you would hardly know work was even being done. Gonzalez Painting did a very thorough job, pressure cleaning of the house, roof tiles, my 22-accordio- shuttered-windows , repair of all hairline cracks, primer application to all walls, caulking application to all window perimeters, THEN they painted the masonry and stucco surfaces. They even remove stuff I had attached to the house and put it back after painting. I have seen neighbors paint their house in one day only to see the stucco come down and the color get dirty with the first storm. I learned a lot about the right way to paint a house with these guys.
