"Although Alex, the project manager, was pleasant to deal with, the workmanship on this project was extremely sloppy. With Alex in agreement of my reasons for the painters to return, not once, but twice, my condo was still left unsatisfactory. The first 2 times, the painters had to return to fill in multiple nail holes left unattended, clean up sanding residue/dust and clean up slopped paint on light fixtures, door frames and ceiling. My new light fixtures were left damaged from the painters scrubbing off their sloppy job after the fact. Also, when I removed my bathroom ceiling vents to clean them, the ceiling paint peeled off around the vents because they were not taped off properly. When the painters trimmed around these vents, they actually got paint on the vents that dried and the vents stuck to ceiling, thus tearing the paint off the ceiling around the vents when vents were removed. I really took a leap hiring a professional, recommended company to do this project. I could have paid a lot less with a handyman and gotten similar results. I am very disappointed. I have yet to get a response to correct the ceiling paint around the bathroom vents. It has been 2 weeks."
