His estimate was in line with others we got, not too high or low. He provided his license and insurance documents. There were some additions I requested to be made to my contract and Mario took care of those quickly. He and his crew arrived daily at the time they said and worked full days. They did not clean up after themselves on a daily basis they left their scaffold, lumber, etc., all over my front yard as if it were a construction site. We stacked their equipment and had to clean up after them. The stucco application was at a bare minimum. There are spots we can still see paint from the original house color. There were cracks, crevices, and more than multiple places he was called several times to return and fix areas and those areas he had about half of them with a paintbrush, and it is not blended into the rest of the stucco.
