Her flexibility in being able to schedule us at the last minute was a massive help. Also, beyond doing outstanding work in getting the place clean and ready for moving, she also offered some great insights and help on other items that should be addressed by the landlord. "These guys use pushy and gimmicky sales strategies so be ready for that. The grout used to point the chimney spilled down the roof (still there after rain) and onto the windows and screens that I had to clean up. They said it was a two man job but it turned out to be one guy doing the work and the other guy sitting in the car looking at his phone or just not there. They got the job done promptly which was essential in this case and it looks fine but I am not feeling the value."
