"The handyman named David that was sent for the job was polite at first, then as the project continued on, made some rather off color comments that were unappreciated but ignored because I wanted the job finished. It took several days to complete the job and at the end, the job was NOT done right. The handyman was adamant that he had completed the service correctly and insisted that the door was faulty. I called Home Depot where I purchased the door, they sent 2 specialist out to the house and within 15 min they found that the door was indeed installed incorrectly. I called Handyman Connection and they sent David back out to fix the door, at no extra cost. He again made some off color remarks and again I ignored them because I just wanted the door fixed properly. I was still not satisfied when he finished, but he stated there was nothing else he could do. I waited a day or so then called the company back and insisted they send a different handyman out to correct the mistakes. The company asked for reasons why I was requesting someone else and I explained everything to them. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic and insisted that the problem would be addressed. A different handyman came out to correct the job and he did a wonderful job and was very polite. He refused to leave until I was completely satisfied. I am unsure if I would use this company again. If I do, I will request the second handyman that came out and did the job right.

"Danny replaced ceiling fans and lights, repaired a tripped circuit and rerouted electrical. I am very happy with my new lighting. I’ve already scheduled to have more work completed! Great company. Online Booking and text notifications along with phone calls to update on the arrival times. Great communication. Pleasant experience."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Obtained 7 estimates to replace my asphalt roof.  Their proposed price was within the range of the others.  They were able to complete the job in one (long) day.  Results were great.  Would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality roof replacement."

"I am 67 years old and we lost some shingles in a bad wind storm about a week ago. My wife doesn't want me on the roof, so I had to reach out for someone to do the work. First I contacted a major company and all they wanted to do was replace the roof for an astronomical price. Needless to say I didn't go that way.All Pro contacted me the same day I needed someone and came out gave me an estimate to repair the damaged shingles. I hired him the same day, He picked up the material needed, and 2 days later the job is done and now I don't have to worry. He is efficient, quick, and does great work. He kept me informed all the way thru the project by either text or phone call. I have already recommended him to a friend who needs some painting done. I will continue to refer people to him. Thanks Tony for taking care of my situation. Anyone who needs a true professional for whatever the situation requires needs to call him. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED..."
