"Big Bob’s Flooring did a great job with our bathroom remodel. The project had a small delay in the middle, but the team communicated well, stayed professional, and still got everything completed on time. The final result looks beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. We’re very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend Big Bob’s Flooring for bathroom remodels and flooring projects."

"The work was started ahead of schedule and was done faster than expected. There was one unforeseen problem (due to our deck pergola coming in contact with the new gutter). We worked with the company to reach a solution, they fixed it the next week, and we are delighted!"

"Rusty Rials did an excellent job installing the gutter guards. He also repaired extensive roof damage caused by rodents. And has done some painting and miscellaneous tasks as well. He is meticulous, honest, dependable and reliable. I kind of hate to share him because I know he will get busy and I like having him available!"

"Leon actually gutting and remodeled one home. He also built a second home for our daughter. Both projects turned out phenomenal. He is a craftsman and an artist. I would not hesitate at all do to it again. On top of everything else he is patient and kind. He goes beyond and then does the next best thing."

"The work was done in a very professional manner and the floors look great!"

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
