"Eric Adams Contracting LLC 2 is an exceptionally competent contractor at a very competitive and reasonable price. They put on a new roof, repaired damaged areas, hung a new garage door, installed new gutters, power washed, and painted our 40-year-old house. Of the four bidding contractors, they were the lowest bidders. Their estimate was well under half the price of the highest estimate and several thousand dollars under the next closest estimate. The contract was completed efficiently and professionally, with each phase accomplished with excellent workmanship and skill. I managed a home designing company in the 1970s and '80s, working with scores of contractors, so I personally know what it takes to be a good contractor.
