"RJ Graham Plumbing was working on a job and scheduled me in for right after they finished the job. They arrived at 4:15, right after they finished the previous job, and worked until after 8 pm until the install of new 50 gallon water heater and all connections and parts were installed and old hot water heater (that died that morning with water all over the furnace room and laundry room floors, which fortunately is concrete and has a drain) removed. They did an excellent job. This company is reliable and we have used their services before."

".This visit occurred prior to Orville selling the business.  I have always been satisfied with Mr. Hay's work.  He was always up front about his recommendations and what he thought best for the situation and the estimated costs.  He was our first choice of plumbers in the Jacksonville area. <br /> However in 2014, it is a different story.  We needed to have the sump pumps and garbage disposal replaced.  Tried contacting the business several times without success.  We left messages, but did not receive any follow up contact.  I do know that at the time, they were involved with a large job at the grain elevators south of town.   <br /> We finally got tired of leaving messages.  We utilized Manchester Heating and Plumbing.  I was able to talk to a person versus an answering machine.  Chad arrived promptly and efficiently installed the sumps and garbage disposal at a very reasonable price.  He arrived on time and is very professional.  He is fair and honest in his pricing and estimates.  I would highly recommend this local independent contractor. <br />"

"I found The Kitchen Master through Google – they’re between me and my train station, I’ve driven by thousands of times and never knew it was there! I worked with Anna for design, who came to the house and immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. Both she, Tom (project manager) and everyone else I dealt with had great attention to detail, provided great design advise (because boy do I need it), and had excellent communication – available by email and phone, plus you can see day by day progress through their nifty web portal. Jobs were completed expediently, with basically zero punch list items. All around, just a really pleasant, zero stress experience, which was very important for me as I travel constantly for my job and needed someone doing the work that I didn’t feel like I needed to babysit. I was even confident and comfortable enough with their work that I went on an international vacation while my bathroom was being done! I can’t say that about any of the other people I’ve worked with in the house. Plus they went the extra mile to figure out how to deal with some unique materials in my townhouse (a weird subfloor that needed some special handling) and what had stymied other flooring companies in the past was a complete non-issue for these guys. So far I’ve had them replace my kitchen floor and all but gut my master bathroom, and I’ll absolutely use them again for the other bathroom in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Kitchen Master and Anna specifically to anyone looking for remodeling."

"We chose Twaddle Plumbing because of the cost and the customer service. The cost was amazing; he was really willing to work with us. We wanted to do as much as we could ourselves and so he came out and marked the floor where we could dig out and move the basement for ourselves. He gave us an estimate for everything but he broke down the estimate for us based on what he actually had to do. He was available very quickly as well. I could make a phone call and he was there the next day. He completed the service on time. He was nice and clean. I would recommend them to anybody and I already have my in-laws use them as well. "<p>A pipe from the sump pump was leaking and I phoned Turney late Thursday afternoon to request service. They were not able to send someone out until the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday before their scheduled arrival, the pipe burst. I phoned them immediately and they sent Joshua and a helper out right away. They replaced the pipe. At that time we discussed replacing the sump pump but decided not to as it seemed to be working properly. There was no pressure to purchase a pump.The cost for this service (replacing the sump pump pipe and regulator valve) was $94.87.<br /> </p> Unfortunately, a few weeks later on a Sunday, the sump pump developed problems, e.g. would not quit running. Because of impending storms that day, I decided to go ahead and have the sump pump replaced then even though the charge would be time and a half for labor on Sunday. Jim Turney came out promptly at the prearranged time and replaced the sump pump. He said he would arrange to have the pipe affixed more securely to the wall during the week. Turney phoned and sent Josh to complete the repair. <br /> Josh came and did an excellent job of securing the discharge pipe to the wall. (He did what the contractor should have done in the first place.) The cost for these services (mainly replacing the sump pump and securing the discharge pipe) was $392.09 which included the extra fee for after hours service call and labor. Labor has a one year warranty. Parts are probably warranted according to the manufacturer. <br /> I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from both Josh and Jim. They were knowledgeable, came when they said they would, answered the questions that I had, and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were also friendly, helpful, and courteous. <br /> If problems arise in the future, I would contact Turney again. <br />"

Cory came to the first meeting on his own time to make sure I was comfortable. Dave is awesome and helped me with making sure everything I picked would go well together (I needed this)!
