(1) doesn't install faucets
(2) doesn't solder leaky pipes
(4) Cannot surface mount wiring from an existing electrical to hang a fan
(4) doesn't have miter saw to install moulding
(5) has never installed an attic insulator kit
(6) was not familiar with using seam caulk to prevent leaks when installing new gutter parts
I had to revise my list three times after the purchase.   Also, it was only when he arrived that he asked me if I had all the supplies on -hand that would be needed for the repairs.  Advise the customer prior to the repair date of what they must buy in preparation.
Nice guy and the items we finally agreed upon were  simple tasks and done fine, but far from my priorities.
