"I contacted five plumbers asking for the estimated cost of replacing two bathroom faucets. Most companies responded by asking me to call them or by charging a fee to provide an estimate in person. Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."

"Ryan did a fantastic job roughing in my post frame building for a bathroom and running a gas line extension from my house. The project had a small window to get the work done, making scheduling a plumber difficult. Citywide arrived on time and provided a professional service and product, rolling with changes that popped up during the build. "The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim’s Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!"

"I called Paladin Plumbing and a service appointment was made for later in the week. The plumber was punctual and efficient. He repaired the broken sink stoppers and replaced the leaking hose bib. Everything now works properly. A bill was sent a few days after the service call. I questioned why I didn't receive the 5% senior discount. The secretary said she wasn't aware that there was a senior discount, but would speak with the owner of the company. The next day she called and apologized, said it was her mistake and sent another bill with the 5% discount."

Rob from R & D Plumbing was easily reachable and offered a flat reasonable rate with haul away included. The installation went smooth, no issues at all. Would use R & D again for future plumbing needs, no doubt."

"I was so impressed by how well this project went. Troy, the owner is super detailed and responsive, and really just a pleasure to work with. My install was not the most straight forward, due to delivery issues I had with every component I was sourcing myself (sink, faucet, dishwasher). Despite that, Troy was patient, accomodating, and flexible. Everything else about my kitchen remodel has been difficult, so I was very happy that my counter top install went smoothly, and turned out looking fantastic. The install team was great. The plumber even added some additional shutoff valves that I hadn't asked for and wasn't expecting. I didn't shop around to compare prices, because I didn't feel like I needed to.
