"I moved into my condo in 2017, and i feel like I've just been putting random things in my basement, ever since. I had a treadmill, queen mattress and bed frame, and countless other items that should never have made it to my basement. The whole thing was a mess. Frankie was very flexible with me on time since I work nights. There was a ton of stuff for him to haul away, but it seems like he had it packed up and ready to go, in no time. "Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"
