"We had them come to our house and measure the areas that we wanted to install new carpet. I thought I would hear back from them in a couple of days but did not. When I called to follow up she said she had been leaving messages at a wrong phone number. So, it didn't get off to a great start. We decided to go ahead and purchase the carpet and picked our installation date. The installer arrived on time and did a good job. We plan on using them again in the Spring when we have additional carpet installed."

"Kristin showed up right on time. After carefully looking at our flooring & explaining options to my wife & I it was apparent how friendly, knowledgeable & professional she is. She said she would love to sell us a new floor but that if we could tolerate the few tiny cracks we had, we might be better off waiting until they were more noticeable & then replace the floor. To do it right would require tearing up the existing floor, getting a good foundation, and then placing tile. Previous tile only 7 years old but not installed well at all. So great to experience a company with honesty & integrity. Definitely will call them when we need any flooring work. I can see why they are rated so highly on Angie's List."

"Clark floor came in and refinished our hardwood floors in the dining room, living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms, and put a carpet runner on the stairs.  They also recommended someone who replaces banisters.  They did a fantastic job on the floors and carpet.  The banister was amazing also.  The job took 5 days to complete.  The office staff was amazing and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them. <br />"
