"We had a deck replaced. Midtown tore the old deck down extremely quickly. They neatly stacked the old deck boards in the dumpster, leaving the site extremely clean in less than a day. The deck was replaced quickly with a great result. The delivery of the decking materials, handling of the City inspections, etc all went smoothly and expeditiously. the deck was done in a matter of two days and it looks great. It was even more impressive as our home caught on fire two days before Midtown started our project. Having a new deck was a motivation to us through the difficulty of being displaced from the home while those repairs were being done.
